Amber Paprin, MSN, FNP-BC, is the founder and medical provider of Palm Lux, bringing more than a decade of experience in aesthetic medicine and an anatomy-driven approach to facial rejuvenation and skin health.
She began her career in aesthetics in 2015 while practicing in dermatology, later expanding her clinical experience in oculoplastics, and served as lead injector and trainer at Greenwich Medical Spa before founding Palm Lux.

With a background in commercial real estate and business operations, Rob has built his career around cultivating lasting relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional results.
As Co-Founder of Palm Lux, Rob oversees the practice’s business strategy, operations, and overall patient experience. Together with his wife and fellow founder, Amber, he envisioned a destination where advanced aesthetic treatments meet personalized attention, refined surroundings, and an uncompromising commitment to quality.
Rob’s philosophy is simple: luxury is found not only in the environment, but in the details, the relationships, and the experience from beginning to end.
