Privacy Policy

Palm Lux Aesthetics · palmluxaesthetics.com

Effective date: December 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Palm Lux Medical Aesthetics LLC, doing business as Palm Lux Aesthetics ("Palm Lux," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit palmluxaesthetics.com and any related pages and forms we make available through it (together, the "Website"). It also explains the choices you have about that information.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Website only. It does not apply to information collected by our practice in connection with medical services, which is handled under separate policies and applicable healthcare privacy laws. By using the Website, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Important: The Website Does Not Collect Health Information

Please read this section carefully.

The Website is not designed or intended to collect, store, or process protected health information (PHI) or any information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

The Website is a marketing and general informational resource only. Submitting a form on the Website does not make you a patient and does not create a provider–patient relationship.

Health information is handled separately. Any health information you share with our practice is collected and maintained by the practice and its providers through separate systems, not through the Website.

Please do not submit medical details through the Website. This includes symptoms, conditions, diagnoses, medications, medical history, photographs of your body, or questions about your personal health. If you would like to discuss your health or a specific treatment, please call us at 561-789-6056 or schedule a consultation.

If you submit health information through the Website anyway, it will not be used for treatment purposes, it will not be protected as PHI, and we may delete it without responding.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

When you complete a contact, waitlist, consultation-request, or appointment-request form, subscribe to updates, or otherwise communicate with us through the Website, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • The content of your message

If we add new form fields in the future (for example, the services you are interested in or a text-message opt-in), we will collect the information you provide in those fields as well.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, and we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 4), such as:

  • IP address and approximate location (such as city, state, or region)
  • Browser type, device type, operating system, and screen settings
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, and the dates and times of your visits
  • The website, advertisement, or search that referred you to the Website
  • Identifiers associated with your browser or device

Information from third parties

If you interact with us through social media platforms, advertising networks, review sites, or third-party scheduling tools, we may receive limited information from those platforms (such as the fact that you clicked on one of our ads or followed our page), subject to their privacy policies and your settings with them.

3. How We Use Information

We may use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries, requests, and messages
  • Add you to a waitlist and notify you when we open or when services become available
  • Contact you about scheduling or confirming a consultation or appointment
  • Send you news, offers, and updates about our practice, where permitted and subject to your right to opt out
  • Understand how visitors use the Website and improve its content, design, and performance
  • Measure the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the Website and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
  • Carry out any other purpose described to you at the time the information is collected

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by your browser. Pixels and tags are small pieces of code embedded in web pages. We and our service providers may use these and similar technologies to operate the Website, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Website, and measure and improve our marketing.

Analytics. We may use analytics services such as Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use the Website. These services use cookies and similar technologies and process information under their own privacy policies. To learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services, visit https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites (opens in a new tab). You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout (opens in a new tab).

Advertising. We may use advertising and measurement tools from third parties such as Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to deliver advertisements, measure whether our advertisements lead to visits or form submissions, and show you relevant advertisements on other websites and platforms. These tools may collect information about your activity on the Website and combine it with information those third parties hold about you. You can learn about and manage interest-based advertising through your account settings on those platforms, at https://adssettings.google.com (opens in a new tab), at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences (opens in a new tab), and through the Digital Advertising Alliance at https://optout.aboutads.info (opens in a new tab).

Your cookie choices. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you do, some parts of the Website may not function properly. Because industry standards for "Do Not Track" signals are still evolving, the Website does not currently respond to them.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not rent or trade it. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers. We share information with third parties that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, form and lead management, data storage, email and text-message delivery, customer relationship management, scheduling, analytics, and advertising measurement. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.

Advertising and analytics partners. As described in Section 4, advertising and analytics providers may collect information through cookies and similar technologies on the Website. Depending on the laws of your state, this type of disclosure may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising," and you may limit it through the choices described in Sections 4 and 9.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe it is required by law, subpoena, or legal process; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Palm Lux, our clients, or others; or to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.

Business transfers. If Palm Lux is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of its assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose with your consent or at your direction.

Mobile information. We will not share your mobile phone number or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Information shared with service providers to deliver messages on our behalf is excluded from this restriction.

6. Text Messages

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages, we may send you text messages about your request, scheduling, and (if you have agreed) promotions and updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can get help by replying HELP. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep information collected through the Website for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including responding to your request, maintaining a waitlist, and maintaining our business and marketing records, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. You may ask us to delete your information at any time as described in Section 9.

8. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Website, such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections and reputable service providers. However, no website, internet transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise that your information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy. You use the Website and provide information at your own risk.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Marketing emails. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by emailing us at info@palmluxaesthetics.com. We may still send you non-promotional messages related to your requests.

Text messages. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out.

Cookies and advertising. See Section 4 for ways to manage cookies, analytics, and interest-based advertising.

Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you from the Website, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@palmluxaesthetics.com. We will honor reasonable requests to the extent required by applicable law and consistent with our legal obligations, and we may need to verify your identity before responding.

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To exercise any right that applies to you, contact us using the information in Section 14. We will respond as required by applicable law.

10. Children's Privacy

The Website is not directed to children under 13, and our services are available only to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information through the Website, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11. Third-Party Websites and Social Media

The Website may link to or embed content from third-party websites and services, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, review platforms, and scheduling tools. We do not control those third parties, and their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party website or service you visit.

Please do not share medical details with us through social media messages, comments, or tags. Those platforms are public or semi-public and are not appropriate for health information.

12. Where Information Is Processed

Palm Lux is located in Florida, and the Website is intended for visitors in the United States. Information collected through the Website is processed and stored primarily in the United States, although our hosting and service providers may process some data in other locations. If you visit the Website from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date above. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy. Please check this page periodically.
